Terms of Use

 

Before confirming your booking with Bluecaps Farm Glamping, please take the time to read the information below.  We would like you to enjoy a trouble free experience and the information includes details regarding cancellations and the amenities and services that are available at the glamping site.

Bluecaps Farm Glamping Site Rules: 

 

  • Check in is between 2-6pm. If you wish to arrive earlier or later than this, please contact us directly to discuss. 

 

  • Check out is at 10.30am.

 

  • Please respect and look after the glamping site and  Shepherds hut you are staying in.

 

  • Music is allowed until 10.30 pm.

 

  • Please respect your fellow campers and keep all noise levels to a minimum after 10.30 pm.

 

  • Smoking is not permitted in the Shepherds Huts or communal areas.

 

  • No wellies or boots are allowed in the Shepherds huts. Please use the boot stand provided.

 

  • Children must be supervised at all times.  There are fire making facilities in all accommodation.  Please be mindful of this.

  • Whilst we are happy for children to play in the adjoining woods, please note this is not an enclosed area and there is access to the highway.

 

  • Farm gates must be kept closed.

 

  • Due to livestock, we regret that no dogs are allowed.

 

  • Please ensure that you have read and understood all instructions provided in your tents before using equipment.  Bluecaps Farm Glamping cannot be held liable for any injury sustained whilst using equipment incorrectly or inappropriately.

Payment:  To secure your booking a 50% deposit is required, with balance paid in full 4 weeks before your chosen dates.

 

Cancellation/No Show Policy:  In the event of a cancellation or ‘no show’, Bluecaps Farm Glamping cannot offer a refund.  However, if more than 48 hours notice is given, we may, at our discretion, offer alternative dates subject to availability.

If, under any circumstances, we have to cancel your booking we will either offer an alternative date or full refund.

 

Complaints Procedure:  In the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint, you can contact us via telephone or email.  Bluecaps Farm Glamping will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.  We take all comments from our glampers very seriously.

 

Bluecaps Farm: The farm, fields and woodland are natural wild areas and by making a booking with Bluecaps Farm Glamping you accept that we cannot be held liable for any accident or injury sustained during your stay.

 

Personal Belongings:

Bluecaps Farm Glamping will not be liable for any lost property or personal belongings.
